HOME

This dashboard screen offers various functions based on today's date.

  • Top: Today's date and a button to switch themes (light/dark/auto).
  • Center: Current time, start and end times for the day (clock-in/clock-out buttons) , tags
  • Card-style date preview: You can check the clock-in/clock-out times and tags for the previous and next days (you can scroll through the displayed dates using ◀▶, but you cannot edit by tapping).
  • By month Summary: By month overview period, total Work time, total Work time for the week, number of holidays, number of paid leave days.
  • Shortcut list: Save PDF, Share image, Aggregate by workplace , View (all segments) , Settings , Notifications (update history), Paid leave hours management, Instruction manual, Themes, Official X, Paid features
  • Bottom: Google tools card (shift schedule creation, work schedule creation, calendar synchronization)

The "This Week" column displays the total Work time for the week, counted from the starting day of the week as set . If an upper limit is set, the remaining hours up to the limit (and any excess hours if they have been exceeded) will also be displayed. For weeks with records from multiple workplaces, a row showing the total for all workplaces will also be displayed. The upper limit is determined based on the total for all workplaces.

Month (Calendar)

This screen displays start and end times in a calendar format.
The display switches between four segments: time, tags, count, and cell.
Touching each date will display the daily screen for that day in a dialog box.

  • Time segment: Displays the start and end times for each day.
  • Tag segment: Displays the tags (shift names) set for each day.
  • Frequency segment: Displays the number of days/occurrences for each category: tardiness, early departure, morning leave, afternoon leave, paid leave, absence, full day off, half day off, compensatory leave, and day off after night shift.
  • Cell Segment: A new customizable layout that displays information for each day in a grid (cells). You can freely set the number of columns (3 to 7 columns) and the items displayed in the cells (start, end, Work time, overtime, tags, holiday information, salary (daily/hourly), etc.). With 7 columns, the days of the week are arranged the same as a regular calendar. You can customize the displayed items from the settings icon (⚙️) on the screen. When there are 3 to 6 columns, a weekly total cell such as "Week 8/31 - 9/6" is inserted after the last day of the week (the separator follows the starting day of the week set ). With 7 columns, each row represents one week, so a weekly total cell is not included to avoid disrupting the order of the days of the week.

At the bottom of the screen, totals (Work time, overtime hours, number of holidays, etc.) are displayed according to the selected segment, and can be shared as a calendar image using the image sharing button.
