Touching the ☰ icon in the upper left corner of the screen will open a slide-out menu.
At the top, your current workplace/job name, app version, and subscription plan (such as the free plan) are displayed. Touching the "X" icon in the upper right corner will open Mr.Attendance 's official X (formerly Twitter) account.
The menu acts as a sitemap for the entire app, allowing you to select not only the main screen but also which tab within that screen to open. While many are shortcuts to existing screens and settings, some items can only be accessed through the menu, so we'll introduce them here.
Main screens
Following the HOME screen, the daily input screen , and the paid leave management screen, screens with tabs are arranged by tab. You can directly select the tab you want to open, eliminating the need to switch between screens after opening them.

Totals and export
Totals by job
This dialog box displays a list of Work time and salary for the selected month for all registered workplaces and jobs.
At the very bottom, you'll see a "TOTAL" row that shows the total for all your workplaces.
The same dialog box can also be opened from the "By Employer" button in the monthly summary on the HOME page.
Paid leave hours
This is a dedicated screen for managing the number of paid leave days granted and the remaining days on an annual basis.
Selecting a "base month" will display the number of paid leave days and remaining paid leave days for a one-year period based on that month.
There is a field for "Paid leave hours carried over from last year." By pressing the "Carry over from previous year" button, the remaining number of days from the previous year will be automatically calculated and carried over to the current year. Please manually enter the number of paid leave days you have been granted.
[Important] Starting with Ver 4.8.0, the number of paid leave days granted is now saved "per fiscal year". If you have updated from a previous version, please re-enter the "number of paid leave days granted" . Once entered, the value from the previous year will be automatically carried over to subsequent years.
The "Usage History" at the bottom of the screen displays a list of your vacation history, including paid leave, morning leave, afternoon leave, and hourly leave, registered in the leave section of the daily screen , sorted by date from newest to oldest (half-day leave is calculated as 0.5 days). Touching a row in the history will open the detailed screen for that day, allowing you to view and edit the information directly.
Share CSV / text
This is a dialog box for exporting attendance data in CSV or text format.
You can set delimiters (tabs, commas, etc.) and whether or not to enclose text in double quotes, and you can switch output items all at once using the "Select All" and "Deselect All" buttons.
In addition to the date, start time, end time, Work time, tardiness, early departure, and leave, you can also select detailed output items such as the code, name, start time, end time, and Work time for each of the breakdown items 1 through 5 in the breakdown column.
Settings shortcuts
You can jump to each item individually, including settings for Work time , salary , and other related fields.
"(All Year)" is a direct link to settings for the entire period, while "(Current Month Only)" is a direct link to settings for a specific month .
The following "App-wide Settings" group allows you to jump directly to each item in the app-wide settings .
Data Management
You can jump directly to the backup and restore sections of the backup/restore menu.
